Robert S. Ruehrdanz was born in Chicago, Illinois; attended Ripon College and La Salle University. Bob is a Korean War Veteran, 1952-1955. He and his wife Marge, will be celebrating 32 years together.
Most of his adult life was spent in marketing with several large corporations. He retired in 1996 and began writing in earnest. However, it wasn't until he was introduced to Long Story Short that his writing received the critiques and the chances of publication he had sought.
Bob is finishing his second novel and has published eleven short stories and poems during the past year. He and his wife live 55 miles north of San Francisco, in Sonoma County, California.
